About Applications Approved
Pursuant to The Crown Lands Act (s. 34.1) regarding disclosure of names of purchasers, the Act states:
The government may publish — on a website or through other public means — the name of the purchaser of a right, title or interest in Crown land under Section 5.1 or subsection 30 (1.1).
Where the value of the Crown land approved for sale exceeds $25,000, or the Crown land contains two or more parcels approved for sale as a group and the aggregate value of all parcels in the group exceeds $25,000, the names of the purchasers may be viewed on Manitoba’s Executive Council’s webpage at: www2.gov.mb.ca/oic/OrdersinCouncil.aspx.
